Interior Design So Aligned You Can Feel It
Since 2001, my award-winning designs at Minor Details have been all about elevating homes and enhancing the lives of those who live in them.
After more than two decades in interior design, one principle has consistently shaped my work: “Bloom where you are planted.” This philosophy is at the heart of my creative process and the collaborative spirit I bring to each project with my clients.
My approach is highly collaborative, engaging clients every step of the way. I excel at gathering exceptional resources and developing plans, often working closely with general contractors, architects, and skilled craftsmen. While I prioritize local sourcing, I’ll go to any lengths to find that perfect sofa, rug, or light fixture. With a versatile background, I’m able to work across styles, periods, budgets, and timelines.
I’m passionate about creating beauty with my clients and am here to help you bloom where you’re planted!

7 Powerful Ways to Create a High Vibe Home
Clear the clutter, clear the energy, and make space for the life you're ready to live.
Your home is more than just a place to sleep—it's an energetic container that holds your daily rituals, emotions, and aspirations. When your space feels stagnant, cluttered, or full of old memories, it can block your growth and leave you feeling heavy without knowing why. A high vibe home supports clarity, joy, creativity, and presence. And the good news? You don’t need a full renovation to get there. You just need intention and a few powerful shifts.
Start by tuning into your space with fresh eyes. Notice what feels aligned and what feels off. That broken lamp you’ve been meaning to fix, the pile of papers collecting dust, or the decor tied to a past version of yourself—all of it holds energy. When you let go of what no longer serves you, you free up room for what truly resonates with who you are now and who you're becoming. Clearing the clutter isn’t just about tidiness—it’s an act of self-honoring. It says, “I’m ready to live fully, now.” This simple yet sacred act creates space not only in your home but also in your body, mind, and heart.
Here are 7 mindful ways to raise the vibration of your home—and yourself.
1. Start with a Decluttering Ritual (Yes, it’s a ritual)
Let this be more than just tidying up. Approach decluttering like an energetic reset. Walk through each room and ask yourself: Does this item support who I’m becoming? If it’s broken, unused, or tied to a version of you that no longer exists, it’s time to release it.
Holding on to things from old relationships, past careers, or versions of yourself keeps you rooted in the past. Letting them go creates space for the present—and the future—to flourish.
Mindful Tip: Start with one category at a time (like books, clothes, or sentimental items). Play calming music and light a candle to shift the energy.
2. Let Go of “Old Life” Objects
Sometimes, the hardest items to release are the ones tied to powerful memories—a wedding gift from a past relationship, that blazer from your corporate days, or the decor you bought when you were trying to be someone you no longer are. These things may look fine, but energetically, they anchor you to a timeline you’ve already outgrown.
Mindful Tip: Thank each item for the role it played, then consciously let it go. Donate, repurpose, or recycle. Trust that releasing it is an act of self-respect.
3. Clear and Organize with Intention
Once you've removed what no longer serves you, organize what remains with care. Everything in your home should have a purpose and a place. Clutter, even in hidden places, creates mental noise and decision fatigue. Organization brings calm and clarity.
Mindful Tip: Use labeled bins, drawer dividers, and vertical storage. Store like with like. Make your home intuitive so that living in it feels effortless.
4. Smudge + Bless the Space
Once the physical clutter is gone, it’s time to clear the energetic residue. Smudging with sage, palo santo, or incense helps release stuck energy and invites in clarity, lightness, and peace. After smudging, speak a blessing into your space—whether it’s a prayer, affirmation, or intention.
Mindful Tip: Open the windows as you smudge. Walk clockwise around your space, paying extra attention to corners. Then say something like: “This home is now filled with love, light, and fresh possibility.”
